Amendment of event format
In case this event will need to be converted into a hybrid (physical/virtual) or a 100% virtual event because of governmental restrictions and limitations of international mobility, you will get informed. Registration fees will stay the same and any preceding (paid) registration will stay valid, but there will be no onsite registration.
Submission Guidelines
Abstract submission deadline February 14th, 2026.
- In the event payment is not completed until March 21st, 2026 the abstract will be withdrawn and not published in the Free Radical Biology & Medicine (Elsevier)
- No capitals in the title except the initial letter of the first word
- The author's names should not be all capitals and should be first name first followed by family name, e.g., Pierre Clairmont.
- The presenting author should be marked with *.
- The affiliation should be entered in the following order and contain all of the following information:
* First name and initials of middle name (if any)
* Last name
* No titles
* Department (e.g., Division of xxx, preferably in English)
* Institution (e.g. University of xxx, preferably in English)
* City (e.g. London, no postal code, preferably in English)
* Country (in English) - The body text of the abstract should contain a maximum of 300 words.
- No figures and tables allowed.
- References should be avoided, but if essential, then up to a maximum of 3 are allowed (e.g. Mann et al., Free Radic Biol. Med. 2024, 51:110-115)
- Funding allowed (e.g. Supported by BHF, MRC)
- The abstract of orals and posters should contain original data and sufficient details regarding background, aims, methods, results, and conclusions.
Please note that it is not possible to edit your abstract yourself once it has been submitted.
We allow one subsequent change if necessary, the entire abstract must be re-uploaded. Furthermore, a written notification must be sent to office@conventive.at stating that the original abstract must be deleted.
