Abstract submission guidelines

• Registration is prerequisite for submitting an abstract.
• The title of the abstract should  be all capitals.
• The author's names should not be all capitals and should be first name followed by family name, e.g., Pierre Clairmont.
• The presenting author should be marked with *.
• The affiliation should be entered in the following order and contain all of the following information:

​ ​* First name and initials of middle name (if any)

​ ​* Last name

​ ​* No titles (e.g. Prof. Dr.)

​ ​* Department (e.g., Division of xxx, preferably in English)

​ ​* Institution (e.g. University of xxx, preferably in English)

​ ​* City (e.g. London, no postal code, preferably in English)

​ ​* Country (in English)

• The body text of the abstract should contain a maximum of 300 words.
• No figures and tables allowed.
• References should be avoided, but if essential, then up to a maximum of 3 are allowed (e.g. Mann et al., Free Radic Biol. Med. 2024, 51:110-115)
• Funding allowed (e.g. supported by BHF, MRC)
• The abstract of orals and posters should contain original data and sufficient details regarding background, aims, methods, results, and conclusions.
